Beaver Creek at a Glance
Beaver Creek is a thoughtfully designed resort made up of three connected villages: Beaver Creek Village, Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead. Each has its own distinct atmosphere, giving visitors the option of staying close to the main resort centre or in a quieter setting elsewhere on the mountain. Beaver Creek Village is the busiest of the three, with a good selection of restaurants, shops and après-ski venues surrounding its central ice rink. Bachelor Gulch feels more secluded and residential, while Arrowhead offers a peaceful base at the western edge of the resort.
Despite their different personalities, all three villages are well connected by the ski area and the resort’s transport network. Skiers can move between them without returning to the same base area, making it easy to explore different parts of the mountain throughout the day.
About Beaver Creek
The resort encompasses 2,082 acres of skiable terrain, with a broad range of runs for different abilities. Beginners are well looked after, with dedicated learning areas and gentle slopes. Intermediate skiers can enjoy long groomed runs spread across the mountain; Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead are especially enjoyable for cruising, with sweeping descents that pass through wooded sections of the resort before arriving back at their respective villages. More experienced skiers will find plenty to challenge them, including steep groomers, mogul runs, gladed terrain and several demanding descents.
Beyond the variety of its terrain, Beaver Creek is known for offering a polished and easy-to-navigate resort experience. Lift queues are often manageable, the grooming is consistently strong, and the villages provide convenient access to accommodation, dining and other amenities

The Heartbeat of Beaver Creek Resort
Beaver Creek Village is the main hub of the whole resort. It is fully pedestrianized, and is home to an open-air ice rink, numerous restaurants and bars, as well as high-end shops and art galleries. It’s a great choice for anyone who wants to be able to walk to dinner, those traveling with kids who’ll be in ski school every day, or simply if you prefer a more lively evening atmosphere.
Beaver Creek Resort’s most centrally located village is Bachelor Gulch, home to the Ritz-Carlton hotel. Quieter and more residential than Beaver Creek Village, Bachelor Gulch is best known for its high density of ski-in/ski-out homes, which makes it an excellent option for couples and groups who want privacy and hotel-grade amenities without the foot traffic of the main village.

Privacy, Seclusion & Ski-In/Ski-Out Access
Arrowhead, Beaver Creek is the westernmost gateway to Beaver Creek Resort. The area features a high proportion of full-time residents and there is no hotel, giving the area more of a neighborhood feel. It’s a terrific choice for families who want a slower pace, or those seeking a large single-family home away from the crowds.
Nestled at the main entrance to Beaver Creek Resort, the town of Avon sits at the heart of the Vail Valley. It is not one of the resort’s three villages, but its gateway town: with its own lodging and restaurants, it makes a convenient and often more affordable base for a Beaver Creek trip. Avon is a classic mountain town in its own right too, home to the 48-acre Harry A. Nottingham Lake and part of the Eagle River, where visitors can enjoy paddle boarding and fishing in the summer and pond hockey in the winter.

The property was clean!
We shared this property among 6 adults & the layout was perfect. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy each other’s company as well. The amenities are great – really enjoyed the game rooms. The property was clean & the building well maintained. A nice perk is the concierge service. Mykayla & Triciaa were very helpful with information & making reservations for activities & restaurants. The location is great – easy to shuttle up to Beaver Creek or get on the highway to visit other attractions.
