Arrowhead Beaver Creek is the most westerly of the Resort’s three villages. The slightly lower altitude at the base is appealing to those who suffer from altitude sickness. Arrowhead Village is unique in that it has a high percentage of full time and seasonal residents and does not house a hotel complex, making the area feel more like a community for families.
The Arrowhead Village Experience
The village is organized around the The Country Club of the Rockies Golf Course & Club, the pool & hot tubs, tennis courts and the Arrowbahn Ski Lift. The location offers something for everyone.
Shuttle service runs in the winter months between 7am and 5.30 pm. An evening service till 10.30pm connecting to Beaver Creek, which was introduced for the 2019/2020-winter season, will become the norm for future ski seasons.
Many of the Arrowhead vacation homes, townhouses and apartment buildings are within easy walking of the Arrowbahn lift. There are also those that have direct ski in / ski out access to Cresta Run which culminates at the base of that lift and the Broken Arrow café. The café services skiers during the daytime hours with a menu of typical mountain fare, and hosts live music.
As you ascend Cresta Rd there are single-family homes that range from townhomes to mega estates. A very small percentage of these homes are available to rent.
Finding Arrowhead homes that are true ski in / ski out is most easily achieved by working with a vacation rental specialist who knows this area well. A very small percentage of homes that are rented in Arrowhead can be rented on a unit specific basis. This means that guests can mostly rent a home here by category with no guarantee with respect to bed configuration or exact location.

Set across three floors, this 4,000-square-foot Arrowhead estate offers plenty of space and privacy for up to 10 guests. The main level features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and hearth room, formal dining area, spacious Great Room with mountain and aspen views, and a primary suite with a private balcony. Outside, there is a large balcony with a gas barbecue.
Experienced skiers can access the Cresta skiway via a skier bridge between the neighbouring duplexes, although reaching the trail requires walking up a short incline.
E1 Village Townhouse
This three-bedroom townhouse is conveniently located in Arrowhead Village, just a few steps from the communal pool and hot tubs, and a short walk from the ski slopes and Vista restaurant.
The home’s open-plan living space features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and spacious lounge with a gas fireplace. It also includes three comfortable bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a balcony overlooking the village and underground parking for one vehicle.
106 Pinecone Lodge
This ground-floor, walk-out residence features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and spacious living room with a gas fireplace, air conditioning and three smart TVs. It also offers two patios, underground parking for one vehicle and additional parking across the street from Pinecone Lodge.
The Arrowhead lift is less than a five-minute walk away via heated walkways, while the communal pool and hot tubs are open in summer and winter. Guests can ski between Arrowhead, Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek, and also have complimentary access to the Village Connect shuttle.
