The renowned Phinda Private Game Reserve, (pronounced “”Pin-duh””), spans across an impressive 29,866 hectares of wildlife terrain. With its seven diverse ecosystems, Phinda is frequently characterized as the ‘Seven Worlds of Wonder’. It is conveniently located near the pristine beaches and stunning coral reefs of the Indian Ocean, offering an unparalleled blend of safari and beach adventures.

Phinda Mountain Lodge is an exceptional destination for families, with its three Family Cottages, a Family Suite, and along with its WILDchild program. Rooms

Phinda Mountain Lodge has three distinct accommodations types: 16 suites, six cottages (which can be converted into three interconnected family cottages), and one family suite.

All are bathed in natural light streaming through expansive glass windows, while private decks offer stunning views of the surrounding natural landscape. Each option also includes outdoor showers, well-stocked personal bars, and private plunge pools.

In the central area of the lodge guests can gather around the bar to swap safari tales and enjoy meals in the interactive kitchen, which also has a pizza oven which the kids will love. A traditional stone and reed boma, illuminated by numerous candles and lanterns, is the perfect scene for al fresco dining.

The lodge also has a sparkling rim flow pool which follows the natural contours of the mountain, while a newly built state-of-the-art gym caters to fitness enthusiasts, and a massage sala is available for those seeking tranquil treatments.
