Terms & Conditions

Check-in: 4 p.m.

Check-out: 10 a.m.

Standard Check-in and Check-out times apply to all bookings unless otherwise stated on your confirmation.  In order to ensure that your accommodation is adequately prepared, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs. Should you wish to arrange an early check-in or late check-out, we recommend you book an extra day.

Cancellations that occur more than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund of monies paid, less a 20% cancellation fee. For cancellations within 60 days of arrival, all monies paid will be forfeited.  Select properties impose a 90 day cancellation date over holiday periods; if the property you are reserving has an extended cancellation date, your Personal Travel Designer will review these details with you prior to finalizing your reservation.

Travel can be unpredictable and refunds are not available in cases of weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health issues or transportation delays. We strongly recommend you obtain Travelers Insurance. To assist our guests, we offer CSA Travel Insurance which protects against trip cancellations or delays. If you wish to add this travel insurance to your reservation, please select it as part of your booking process.

A minimum night stay may be required on reservations made during holiday or peak periods.

Housekeeping services will vary by property and while some properties include daily housekeeping services, some properties do not include housekeeping service in their standard rates.  We recommend consulting your Personal Travel Designer about the housekeeping services of every property you are considering to avoid any disappointment during your stay.  Your Personal Travel Designer will be happy to provide you with all the details of the housekeeping services, mid-stay cleans, and restocking of amenities such as soaps, shampoo, and body lotions during the stay.

Many properties have a strict policy on additional guests and will either impose additional charges or excess guests in due course if the maximum occupancy is exceeded.  We recommend speaking with your Personal Travel Designer about bedding, maximum occupancy, and rules regarding rollaways, air mattresses, and other forms of temporary bedding prior to reserving a residence to avoid any disappointment during your stay.
